OUR PROJECTS

he first phase includes 4 townhouses and will be the first construction project in the U.S. built exclusively by women contractors, under our WOPCO (Women Opportunities in Construction) initiative—the first all-women construction company in the country.

Multifamily Luxury Towers – Guadalupe River

PREFABRICATED HOUSES

The first phase involves the construction of four homes that honor the architectural style of the existing residences, in accordance with the subdivision ordinance of THE WARTH OF CLEAR LAKE. Named the WARREN PROJECT, it pays tribute to Emily Warren Roebling, the first woman to play a pivotal role in U.S. construction history by leading the Brooklyn Bridge project in 1883 after her husband, Washington Roebling, fell ill.

These exclusive homes are surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens and walking paths, just steps from the marina. Each residence features its own private 50-foot dock, perfect for enjoying stunning sunsets.

RV PARKS is a modern campground offering a pleasant year-round camping experience. With a total of 50 full-hookup sites, visitors can enjoy water and septic system connections for their convenience. Additionally, there are 20 sites designated for tents, perfect for those seeking a more natural experience. The campground also features 2 large family sites, ideal for creating unforgettable moments together in nature.
