MAGNA TECHNOLOGY AND INNOVATION
Uses emerging technologies in all our initiatives, providing cutting-edge technology that integrates new models and disruptive digital strategies. We are the creators of the only construction technology forum in Spanish in the United States, with more than eight thousand visitor registrations. The technology exchange fair for construction between Latin America and the United States, with sixty participating companies, is the largest of its kind. As a result, our leadership will be considered, in 2021, among the 150 most influential companies in the implementation of technology, in the construction sector worldwide by the CTF, Construction Tech Festival of the Government of the United Arab Emirates-based in Dubai.
Among our implementations of disruptive technological leadership, the following stand out:
ESTIMATE IN THE CLOUD, designed to accurately develop estimates of materials, labor, and costs within our projects. Prefabrication eliminates most on-site inefficiencies due to poor quality and saves valuable time. Since the materials are already made, the only step left is assembly. These technologies are also ecological, as they facilitate the recycling of materials.
BUILDING INFORMATION MODELING (BIM) Implemented in our projects since 2006, bim technology refers to creating a building model before its construction, which facilitates detecting and eliminating problems before they occur. Data processing, through artificial intelligence software, makes possible our creation of as-builts and the efficient maintenance of a project once completed.
DRONES are used to monitor the progress of a project and provide actionable data in real-time, as well as improvements in the efficiency and safety of construction sites.

Augmented Reality, we used as a digital information overlay that helps to see the information of a project. In contrast, with Virtual Reality, we simulate new environments and the possible use our clients would give our products. We have been adopting both technologies in the construction of our projects since 2015. Combined with other technologies, such as BIM, they have allowed us to improve our projects' designs, communication, and collaboration.
INTERNET OF THINGS We apply it to our green buildings to shut down systems when they are not needed.
